Penelope Bourbon Architect Series is a meticulously crafted straight bourbon whiskey that exemplifies innovative blending techniques. Founded in 2018 by Mike Paladini and his wife Kerry, Penelope Bourbon was named after their daughter, symbolizing a personal touch in their creations. The Architect Series is a testament to this dedication, featuring a blend of three bourbon mash bills composed of four grains: 75% corn, 15% wheat, 7% rye, and 3% malted barley. This blend is then finished with French oak staves from Tonnellerie Radoux, utilizing their OakScan® process to achieve precise flavor profiles. 

Tasting notes reveal a sweet candied cream and floral aroma with hints of crème brûlée. The palate offers sweet vanilla and viscous cream complemented by savory oak notes, transitioning into a creamy body with herbal and floral undertones.
