Refund policy

Due to state laws, we are unable to accept returns for alcohol if you are not satisfied. We do offer however offer refunds for items that are defective or spoiled. In such cases please reach out to arnav@whiskeylibrary.net within 30 days of your purchase.

If you are unable to sign for your delivery, FedEx will attempt to redeliver the package a few times. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will be sent back to us. In such cases we will refund the order minus the shipping costs. We will charge a 20% restocking fee or $35, whichever is greater.

If an incorrect item was shipped you must submit a photo of the items received along with your receipt or order number in an email to us within thirty (30) business days from the date of delivery.

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours after placing after if the order has been packed then a restocking fee will apply.
