Pebble Beach 12 Year Old Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a distinguished expression crafted by Lombard Brands, a family-owned company with over 300 years of history in blending and bottling fine Scotch whiskies.  This particular single malt was released in 2007 exclusively for California's renowned Pebble Beach Golf Club, embodying the elegance characteristic of the Speyside region. 

Matured in second-fill American white oak bourbon casks, the whisky offers a subtle oak influence that enhances its natural flavors.  On the nose, it presents inviting aromas of praline, caramel apple, cigar smoke, and spiced tea. The palate is smooth and dry, with flavors of caramel, apple, and cigar smoke, complemented by hints of ginger root, candied orange peel, and cinnamon emerging on the finish. A couple of drops of water can further elevate its flavors and aromas, making it an excellent choice for after-dinner enjoyment.
