Padre Azul Añejo Tequila is a premium spirit crafted from 100% blue Weber agave, meticulously aged for at least 18 months in American oak bourbon barrels. This aging process imparts a rich golden amber hue and a complex flavor profile. On the nose, it presents inviting aromas of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak. The palate is smooth and balanced, featuring notes of cooked agave, caramel, vanilla, almond, and cocoa, leading to a long, smooth finish with hints of cinnamon and dried fruits. 

The brand's origins trace back to a love story between an Austrian spirits enthusiast and a Mexican woman from Jalisco, culminating in the creation of Padre Azul Tequila. Produced in Amatitán, Jalisco, by Master Distiller Erika Sangeado, the tequila reflects a blend of traditional Mexican craftsmanship and European dedication to quality. 

The bottle itself is a testament to artistry, encased in hand-blown glass with a hand-woven leather jacket and topped with a hand-sculpted metal skull, symbolizing the Mexican Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead).
