Or Haganuz Har Sinai 750ml is a port-style dessert wine from Israel's Galilee region, crafted by Or Haganuz Winery. This unique blend consists of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot grapes. Post-harvest, the grapes undergo a meticulous process: they are frozen for three days, crushed, and then gently warmed over an open olive-wood fire before fermentation. The wine is then aged outdoors in French oak barrels for 12 months. This meticulous process results in a deep ruby-colored wine with rich aromas of raisins, cherries, plums, coffee, toasted oak, and dark chocolate. On the palate, it offers complex flavors, soft tannins, and balanced acidity, leading to a long and pleasant finish. 

Established in 2005, Or Haganuz Winery is situated near Mount Meron in the Upper Galilee. The winery is renowned for its commitment to quality and adherence to traditional winemaking techniques, often incorporating spiritual and communal values into its production processes.
