Muirhead's Silver Seal 16-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a distinguished expression from the historic Muirhead's brand, established in 1824 by Charles Muirhead & Sons in Edinburgh. Initially a wine merchant, the company expanded into Scotch whisky blending and exporting, notably under the Blue Seal label. In 2008, Muirhead's was acquired by Terroir Distillers, also owners of the Tullibardine Highland Single Malt Distillery, further enhancing its global presence. 

This Speyside single malt is aged for 16 years in oak casks, resulting in a rich and full nose with notes of dried fruit, chocolate, and herbs. The palate is sweet and exceptionally well-rounded, featuring flavors of toffee and barley sugar with a hint of smoke and peat, leading to a medium to long finish. 

The bottle design reflects its Scottish heritage, embellished with a silver seal over a plaid ribbon, symbolizing the brand's commitment to quality and tradition.
