Hibiki 17 Year Old is a distinguished Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, introduced in 1989. This expression harmoniously combines malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries with grain whisky from Chita, all aged for a minimum of 17 years. 

On the nose, it presents elegant floral notes, exotic spices, green plums, and hints of old wood and leather. The palate offers toffee sweetness, sultanas, and cherries, leading to a long, silky finish. 

The whisky is presented in a 750ml bottle with 24 facets, symbolizing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar, reflecting the meticulous craftsmanship and cultural heritage of the brand. 

Due to its discontinuation in 2018, Hibiki 17 Year Old has become increasingly rare and sought after by collectors and enthusiasts alike.
