On the nose, Neptunia presents a harmonious blend of sea breeze salinity, bright citrus, and subtle herbal and floral notes. The palate is dominated by pronounced citrus flavors, notably orange zest, transitioning into herbal juniper and vegetal undertones, with hints of kelp and thyme. The finish is dry and warming, with lingering notes of chamomile, spice, and a touch of saline, evoking the essence of the sea.
