Eifel German Single Malt Unpeated Whisky is a meticulously crafted spirit from the Eifel region of Germany, known for its rich volcanic soil and pristine natural resources. Distilled from 100% unpeated malted barley, this whisky undergoes a traditional German double distillation process: an initial distillation in a column still, followed by a second distillation in a small copper pot still. The spirit is then aged for a minimum of four years in refill Bordeaux red wine casks made of American oak, imparting nuanced flavors and a distinctive character. 

On the nose, it presents inviting aromas of maple syrup, peanut brittle, and toasted coconut, complemented by hints of aged balsamic and cherry taffy. The palate is syrupy-textured, offering baked dessert notes of plum and orange, brown sugar, ginger pudding, and vanilla, leading to a finish reminiscent of chocolate-covered nuts and burnt sugar.
