This expression undergoes double maturation, spending 15 years in traditional oak casks followed by a finishing period in Oloroso sherry casks, enhancing its depth and complexity. 

On the nose, it offers light and airy notes of grasses and tropical fruits like papaya and pineapple, with a hint of coconut and a touch of graham cracker. The palate is surprisingly watery with a thin body, featuring pepper, baking spices, light char, and a touch of peat smoke, balanced by fresh grains. The tropical fruit notes from the nose are replaced by traditional Scotch flavors. The finish is dry, long, and slow, building across the palate without being disruptive.
