Corralejo Extra Añejo Tequila is a premium spirit crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, meticulously harvested and produced at the historic Hacienda Corralejo in Guanajuato, Mexico. Established in 1753, Corralejo is one of the oldest distilleries in Mexico, renowned for its rich heritage and traditional tequila-making techniques. This Extra Añejo expression is aged for 36 months in a combination of American, French Limousin, and Mexican oak barrels, imparting a deep gold hue to the tequila. On the nose, it offers a harmonious blend of sweet and spicy aromas, including oak, smoke, and citrus, with hints of caramel and agave sugar. The palate is characterized by flavors of oak, smoke, and citrus, complemented by subtle notes of caramel and agave sugar, leading to a well-rounded, full-bodied finish.
