Cody Road Rye Whiskey is a handcrafted spirit produced by Mississippi River Distilling Company in Le Claire, Iowa, the birthplace of William "Buffalo Bill" Cody. This 100% rye whiskey is distilled from locally sourced grains, specifically from Dave and Jim Wherry in Fulton, Illinois, reflecting the distillery's commitment to grain-to-glass production. 

On the nose, it presents mild aromas of apricot and wildflowers, with a subtle hint of black pepper. The palate is gentle, featuring notes of Honeycrisp apple, apricot, and pear, complemented by fresh grass and a Champagne-like effervescence. The finish reveals complexity with oak and black pepper, providing a warm and savory conclusion.
