Cenote Añejo Tequila is a distinguished spirit that embodies the rich heritage and craftsmanship of Jalisco, Mexico. Named after the natural sinkholes formed in limestone bedrock, known as cenotes, this tequila is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave that has matured for at least six years. Under the expertise of master distiller Arturo Fuentes and master blender Alejandro Garcia Páez, the agave is slow-cooked in autoclaves, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and double-distilled in pot stills with copper coils. The tequila is then aged for over a year in American oak barrels, imparting a rich amber color and complex flavor profile. 

On the nose, Cenote Añejo Tequila offers aromas of smoked wood, vanilla, and caramel, setting the stage for its intricate flavor profile. The palate reveals flavors of vanilla, spices, and chocolate, balanced by a subtle smokiness. The finish is complex and lingering, with notes of oak and a touch of peppery spice.
