The Apex series showcases exceptional casks, with expressions like the STR (Shaved, Toasted, and Re-charred) cask, which imparts notes of toasted oak and red fruits. 

On the nose, it offers aromas of molasses with a hint of thyme and warm wild berries jam. The palate reveals a harmonious blend of flavors, leading to a smooth and lingering finish.
