This Fine Champagne Cognac is a meticulous blend of 60% Grande Champagne and 40% Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie, aged for over 25 years in Limousin and Tronçais oak barrels, significantly surpassing the minimum aging requirement for XO Cognacs. 

On the nose, it reveals a rich bouquet of spiced honey and floral notes, with underlying earthy rancio characteristics such as autumn leaves and damp forest, complemented by rich vine fruit and gentle spice. The palate is initially sweet, evolving into a complex interplay of fruit and oak, featuring layers of perfumed wood, stewed and fresh fruit, and gentle spices like nutmeg, cinnamon, and dried ginger, balanced by sharper clove notes. The finish is a harmonious blend of sweet and earthy flavors, with damp oak, toffee, and soft spice lingering gracefully.
