This non-age-statement expression is crafted using traditional methods, including direct coal-fired distillation, which imparts a distinctive depth and complexity. On the nose, it offers aromas of fresh orchard fruits, gentle peat smoke, and a hint of brine. The palate reveals flavors of honey, pear, and apricot, complemented by subtle smokiness and a touch of sea salt, leading to a smooth, lingering finish with notes of vanilla and oak.
